An exercise in balance and restraint, Progressive Pale provides a gateway into the domain and potential of New World hops. Relatively low in bitterness and with an uncomplicated malt base, the hops are added late and in abundance. Clean, measured but big in all the right places. A sessionable beer? We certainly could.
