Dark, roasty cereals, toffee, and light burnt brown sugar. Medium bitter, light mouth feel, lively carb. Roasty, nutty finish, nice roast, and resins.

Can from the LCBO. Clear dark reddish brown with a large foamy tan coloured head with a faint pink tinge that leaves stringy lace. Nose is dark roasted grans, molasses and toffee. Light+ brown sugar sweetness with a light coffee bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with slightly soft carbonation and a dry finish. 8/3+/7+/4/15

This dark lager poured a deep near black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, toffee, dark toast and a little alcohol. First swig was delicious and roasty. Flavours of coffee, burnt toast and mild chocolate. Finish is medium coffee with light smokey roasted flavours.
