Tap at bar hop.
Cloudy yellowish orange pour, with a large white head. Aroma is very citrusy, subtle sour citrus, with some oils, and pithy skins. Light grasses, hints of kumkwat, and lemon rind. Light lactic notes with hints of floral lemon oil infused vinegar. Mouth feel, and carb are good, and solid. Finish is slightly tart with a very grassy, citrusy finish.

Bottle from the brewery. Lightly hazed pale gold with a small lingering white cap. Nose is tart citrus and pine with some earth and hibiscus. Light fruity sweetness with a light+ lemon peel tartness. Mouth is medium and oily with soft carbonation. Decent sour. 7/3+/7/3+/14

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very lightly hazed pale gold with a tiny white head. Aroma of citrus zest, fresh leaves, earth, light lactic acid coupling with the citrus to give a tart aromatic punch, maybe some dried flowers in there, tough to tell if there's Brett action or not. Flavour is light to moderate tart, more citrus zest and fresh leaf vibes, wet forest, Simcoe but lower on the dank weed side, bit of earthy funk maybe, mostly lactic without much acetic component, low grassy leafy bitterness and a bit of lingering citrus in the dry finish. Light to medium body, low carbonation. Pretty light overall, not too aggressive and easy drinking as a dry hopped sour. Decent.

Pours a hazed light golden-yellow colour with a big white fizzy head that comes down quick enough, but has a coat of bubbles that tops the brew. Lemon sour nose with other tropical fruit notes and hints of funk. The funk and earthiness is more present in the taste. Citrusy mild and not too sour. Gets cloudy at last pour. The Simcoe gives some decent grass notes and a lightly dry finish.

Quite tasty. Big hoppy simcoe vibe here with pineapple and tangerine - not sure what’s from bretta and what’s from the hops but cool vibe like reggae beach bars. Hazy golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Tap at Bar Hop brewco.
