Clear amber pour, medium white head. Slightly caramel malt aroma, with hints of resinous hops and some subtle cedar. Mouth feel is a little thin, carb is spot on. Finish is medium to low on the bitterness scale with a very hebacious note nearing the end. The cedar fades and doesnt show much past the aroma, but the grassy hops fill in and balance it out with a soft cereal bill.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a pretty clean, light-golden colour with a big frothy warm cap, nice stay and lots of thick foamy-creamy lacing. Fresh grassy aromas with hints of pines and citrus zest. Hints of chemical-plastic do come out, but not crazy offensive. The taste is pretty mild, quite light actually. Probably all-around smooth with the wheat. Lacking hops to give it that good Session IPA, but at least no infection sourness like some of their other brews. Does get better with every sip. Dryer mouthfeel and citrus peel get stronger. Easy-drinking for the northern summers.

Can from the LCBO. Now labelled as a session IPA with no mention of cedar aging, but calling out Citra , Simcoe and Rakau as the hop bill. Clear pale gold under a small short lived white head leaving patchy lace. Nose is citrus, stone fruit, pine, melon, light grass and some light caramel. Flavour is light fruit sweetness with melon and lychee more forward than the nose and a medium- pine and grass bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin as expected from a session with a short lightly bitter finish. 7+/3+/7-/3/14+
