Clear pale yellow, with a medium white head. Aroma is super grassy, sharp noble hops, grass saaz, crisp pale malts, a really lovely Aroma. Mouth feel is refreshing, carb is lovely. Finish is medium bitter, again, super grassy, this is super crisp and a great example of a North American take on a classic European style.

Can from the brewery. Clear gold under a fluffy long lasting white head. Nose is biscuit and grass with some floral notes. Touch of light sweet honey and a medium- grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium and silky with great carbonation and a crisp finish. Enjoyable. 7/4/7+/4/15

A golden pils with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with cereal grain, grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
