Can from the lcbo. Hazy amber, big off white head. Aroma explodes in citrus rind, and citrus oil goodness. Leafy, wet, green, dank hops cones, intense freshly squeezed orange rind oil. Mouth feel and carb are spot on for the style, soft but firm. Finish is medium to highly bitter with a huge dose or exactly what you’d expect, HOPS! The malts are present and keep things in check with subtle cereals. This is a well executed DIPA. Well done!

Can from LCBO at parents’ in Ottawa. Hazy orange copper pour with slightly sticky white head. Aroma is dank and resinous with citrus zest and stone fruit - nicely deep (simcoe?). Taste is deep pine resin with some fruity citrus and enough malt to balance without being too sweet. Lasting resin bitterness with some boozy warmth. Really nice DIPA - glad to see Collective Arts trying this style too. Would definitely get again.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy deep golden with an off-white head. Nice fruity hops aroma, tropical, with a bit of malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice moderately bitter fruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Can: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh floral citrusy notes with light tropical notes and some residual sugar note are also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of light tropical notes with fresh juicy citrusy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very enjoyable thought maybe a tad too sweet.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy orange amber under a generous fluffy off white head that hangs around and leave a ton of lace. Nose is tropical fruit with peach and mango up front and grapefruit, lemon peel, and some pineapple lingering in the background along with a big dose of pine and some funky notes. Flavour is light sweet fruit under a medium+ bitterness of citrus and pine. Mouth is medium+ and sticky with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Alcohol is well integrated. Excellent. 9/5/8+/4+/18
