Tap at GD Fitchburg. Hazy deep golden orange body. Thin white head. Tripel and GD are a lethal combination, they really can’t help but make overly sugary beers, and this one is just too much. Somewhat doughy and light in mouthfeel, but the flavor is rugged and boozy, not delicate at all. Too much sweetness in the finish, lacks a Belgian feel. Miscomprehending the style, boozy and shallow.
