Keg at the brewery. Hazy amber thin creamy offwhite head good retention. Aroma of bready malt apricot honey. Taste is honey, sweet bready malt, apricot. Medium bodied, a bit too sweet.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has light straw and grains with some bread backing. Flavor has sweet grains and straw, a bit thin.

Tap at Fitgers. Filtered pale yellow body. Steady oily head. inoffensive, sort of watery, but leagues better than BMC, and better than most house "light" offerings. Flowery, peppery noble hops. Like a light Cream Ale at times.

Golden ale is generous. This is a success at being an unoffensive, tasteless lager. Gold color. Fine for what it is.
