Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is white pepper and spice. Flavor is pretty much the same. A spicy white pepper with some chewy pils malt and a lingering spice. Decent spot on simple saison.

On tap at the Wausau location. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of flora with some light sweet fruits, Belgian yeast and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has more grains with some straw but still has flora, light sweet fruits and Belgian yeast supporting.

Tap downtown. Unfiltered yellow-orange body. Nice steady white head...looks quite attractive. The aroma isn’t so far off, and while it does have a mild buttery tinge, teh funky yeast esters make up for it. by no means a great Saison, but comes closer than most of the US spice bombs out theres...captures some of the essence. Really yeast forward, but doesn’t have much going on for it besides that. Almost respectable, but still not that impressive. Banana tinged putrid undertones.
