Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa, 9/22/16. Clear copper, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, pine, toasted malts. The taste is toasted malt, grapefruit, pine, mild caramel. Medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness.

A hazed amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, loads of funky organic hops, floral, mentholated and complex. In mouth, biscuit malt, citrusy hops, cloves, nice, lingering and smooth, nice. On tap at Istmus Beer and Cheese Fest, Jan 19 2012.
