A traditional, thirst-quenching German-style Hefeweizen brewed for warm weather and good times. Fluffy white foam carries lemon, clove, and banana aromas all the way through the last sip.

A hazed blonde hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth banana with grassy touches, ok. In mouth, light and smooth banana with light cloves, average.

Big wheat glass at Revolution. Hazy unfiltered yellow tan. Clove, green hefe aroma, almost bitter and harsh. Quite lemony. An OK example, but not really even competing with a good German. Medium bodied. Grassy, herbal, an odd, imperfect variation.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy pale piss yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy wheat notes with a bit of earthy fruit esters and a hint of clove. Flavor has earthy notes of wheat and fruit and a bit of spice.
