23/8/2019. Cask at the 42nd Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours hazy amber brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, toffee, malt and light rose water. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Rose sweetness dominant in finish.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A hazed dirty brown coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is big rose petal, Turkish delight, coco, floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily brown malts, flabby, floral, chocolate covered Turkish delight. Palate is oily and flabby, lowish cask condition. Adjunct forward.

Gravity cask at the 2019 CAMRA Rutland Beer Festival, Rutland County Museum. Brown/olive colour, not so much hazy as muddy, with a ring of off-white head. Muted aroma, but I'm getting the chocolate and rosewater of Turkish delight. It is unsurprisingly a sweet beer, flowery and chocolatey, but there's a delicate hop bitterness in the finish. Flat, thin body. Too focused on the novelty aspect. Decent but not the best from this brewery.

08-09-17 // cask at The Mill, Cambridge, UK. Dark Brown, small white head. Nose is intense rose oil, crazy. Even the taste is dominated by a strong rose notes, the roasted malts are only existent in the Background, no chocolate really.
