Served in a tall glass. Filtered amber-tan. Steady off-white head. True aroma, slightly pungent malty aroma, balanced by a steady peppery noble hop backbone. Lots of smooth lager tones, this is really well done. Remains highly drinkable even with the substantial ABV. Doughy, bready mouthfeel. Rather subdued carbonation. Quite well executed, delicious.
