By cask at GBBF Winter, Astbury Bar. Shared with BeerViking and Finn. Misty orange-reddish body, dissipating off-white head, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of sourish stewed fruits, dry. Acidity flavours of plummy fruits on a backbone of Belgian yeast strain. Ends sweet, mid-tart and dry. Okay cleanser. (Birmingham 04.02.2020).

Clean cask served real ale sour. Nice and malty and the sourness is perfectly balanced. Gbbf winter 2020

Keg at Small Bar, Bristol. Pours deep ruby red with a slim foamy white head. Nose is light balsamic, fruity. Taste is sweet tart, red fruits, light oak, light balsamic with a little funk. Medium bodied, light foamy carbonation, light sweet dry finish. It was quite subtle for the style, I'd love to sample it again with a couple of years of age on it
