Rated Number 1 among locals! This handsome ale is created by balancing a selection of Crystal and Caramel malts, moderately hopped resulting in a rich, full bodied, satisfying brew.

draft at the brewpub - Pours clear amber with a thin head and a mild caramel aroma. The flavor is of caramel malt with a mild hops bite. It has a light body and a gently bitter finish that lingers for a bit.

Sampler, rated from 2001 notes. I didn't write down too much about this, consider it a mark that there was really nothing wrong with it. Just a good clean ale taste with a pleasing aroma. Went down well.
