Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts. Some diacetyl milky sweetness but nothing that really pisses me off. Light and spicy tangerine and lemon. Mild tropical fruits. Light dry spicy finish. Take away the diacetyl and there is a pretty good beer here.

Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Gloucester / Mad Dog Pacific Quay ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, dried fruit, mandarin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, dried fruit, mandarin, plastic - burnt plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
