Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours clear, toasted gold with a small, foamy white head. So so, some bitter grass, leaves, English yeast, dirt. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Moderately bitter in the finish. Eh.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A clear pale amber coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is rustic, farmyard, sweet malts, grass,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy apple, straw, palate is wet. Grassy. Lowish carbonation. Meh.

Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As 9 Lives Amber ].Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, toffee, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171208] 5-3-5-3-11
