Bottle. It pours a hazy yellow color with a fizzy white head that disappears. The aroma has apricots, melon rind and some of that lactic apricot fuzz. Not super strong. The flavor is very tart, but not too sour. Mouthwatering and very light bodied. A bit watery actually, but nice fruit character. Lactic, tart apricots. There’s a hint of spice along with prickly carbonation in the finish. Clean. Pretty nice, but a little watery even for a Berliner.
