Dandelion grisette brewed with Rabbit Hill Farms pilsner malt, wheat, and spelt. Many pounds of dandelion blossoms were picked and steeped cool in a relatively small amount of lambently fermented Sauvignon Blanc must. This beer is delicate, nuanced, showcases one of the most pure dandelion characters we could harness, and drinks with a pleasantly surprising body for the low abv.

Bottle from my brother: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is flowers, herbs, sweat, funk. Taste is barnhouse funk, flowers. Not sour or tart. Light and very pleasant. Great.
