This version of our pale series showcases the relatively new german hop variety Hallertau Blanc. It has light tropical fruitiness, aromas of white grape and a herbal finish.

Cask (handpump) @ [ EBF27 2017 ], 27th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As North Brewing Co Pale Hallertau Blanc ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grass - grape, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruty malt, tropical fruit, grass - grape. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170803] 7-3-7-3-15

Sampled @ 27th Egham Beer Festival 2017. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of fruity hops, tropical fruits, dry hops. Taste of nice mild fruity hops, not too bitter, nice.

Cask at ushers. Pours pale golden, nose is grainy, lemon, peach, taste is juicy, salty citrus, sweet.
