Synopsis: Fifth in the series of our post-apocalyptic APAs and IPAs. Easy APA hopped with German noble hop with an exceptionally low alpha acid rating. What? That makes no sense! Who makes APA with a hop like that? Well, we did! Easy to drink in almost lager like way and the taste of the hops is more subtle while the mouth feel has more substance to it and you can really taste the malts. However the alcohol content of 6,7% makes this combination feel a bit dangerous...
Advanced engineering notes: Brewed with a light body of Pale Ale, Munich and Cara Plus 10 malts. German Hallertau Hersbrucker hop gives this Easy APA it’s noble taste. A little help from our not so subtle Centennial, from the other side of the pond puts this beer only just in the APA range. Fermented dry with US-05 while the extensive amount of hops towards the end of the boil gave the body almost lager like aromas and a little bit "green" feel as the name would suggest. Everything combined with its low bitterness, substantial but easy mouthfeel and alcohol content of 6,7% may give you a nasty surprise when you stand up and forgot to count how many you had :).

Draught @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Radbrew Greenhouse ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity hops, citrus, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170408] 7-3-7-3-15

Draught @ BrewDog Helsinki. Aroma has chlorine and some sweet fruity hops & resiny malt. Also distant metallic tones. Flat palate, no CO2. Flavour has harsh herbal bitterness, chlorine, menthol, some biscuits and mild sweet maltiness. Not that good.

Draught@HBF2015. Slightly hazy amber colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden and toffeeish notes. Flavour is grass, herbs, fruits and some floral notes.

(Keg at HBF2015) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Afterast e was hoppy and bitter. A tasty pale ale.

Pours orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of grassy hops, hay, herbal notes, earthy notes and crisp maltiness. Taste is smooth, sweetish and malty with notes of hay, grass and earthiness. Finish is grassy, earthy and malty with notes of hay and resin. Could have used some more bitterness.

Tap @HBF15. Amber colored, thick white head. Quite bready, sweet fruity, grainy aroma. Flavor has grains, sweet fruits, hops, nice bitterness. Awesome drinkability.

Smell of hops, soap. Amber colour, minimal white head. Smell of grass, hops, some sugar and grapes. Sweet with some bitterness. Half oily texture. Semi lively carbon.
