A vibrant Saison brewed with oats and a touch of raw wheat. Generously hopped in the kettle with Citra and Chinook, and primary fermented in a large oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and expressive house mixed culture. This beer served as the base for many of our 2019 fruit beers but we think it stands alone beautifully. Notes of tart peach, Kaffir lime leaf, pineapple, and Meyer lemon.

Bottle from Dudley Direct: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, pineapple, some mild citrus, hints of wood. Taste is moderately tart, yeasty, woody notes at the finish. Slightly sweet and quite fruity. This is very different from Branches I, which I had the day before this one. Still this is quite good, but less woody and more fruity than I.
