This big, Belgian abbey-style ale is smooth, dark and a little dangerous. This chocolatey beast was conditioned on hundreds of Madagascar vanilla beans to impart complex vanilla character, while dark malts add hints of milk chocolate and a light roasted character, which give way to a dry finish. The perfect companion to warm you up on a cool moonlit night.

Very nice stuff. The best dubbel I've had in a long time. Light vanilla, some florals. Sweet tobacco and prune. Raisin. Dark cloudy brown pour with great creamy head. Sweet finish. Tap at brewery.

Draught at the source: pours brown with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, yeast. Taste is more Belgian brown with American elements than a dubbel. Still it has nice vanilla moments. Solid beer.
