2019 Black Friday Release! Our take on a Black DIPA, we used 0% roasted malt in this beer, instead we achieved the color using activated charcoal. This beer was DDH'ed with Cascade, Cryo-Simcoe, NZ Taiheke and AU Enigma.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Draught at the source: weird greenish grey color with a white head. Aroma is mild tropical fruitiness. Taste is pretty sweet, fruity. The color is just a gimmick. OK.

A weird dark greenish grey DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, citrus, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Dark black bod sml off wht head. Roast choc ashy bitter arma. Ashy choc floral resiny flav. Med bod mod carb. 7/4/7/4/15 3.7
