We noted that it had been a while since we released a beer that sat smack bang in the middle of our Small IPAs and our Pales. Consider the void filled with Cascade Citra. As one of the first hops we ever used at the brewery, we wanted to showcase just how good Cascade is and it’s promenent here with a merry band of prominent floral citrus notes backed up with tropical juiciness.

Smaksprøve fra fat på ØST, okt-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig, citrusfruktighet både i aroma og smak. Spanske appelsiner, milde, søte citroner og noe hint av tropiske frukter. Slank kropp og fin munnfølelse. Delikat bitterhed i afslutningen. Luftig og lett.

Crowbar, Oslo: pours golden with super long lasting, thick white head. Aroma is citrusy. Taste is dry, citrusy, lightly bitter, bright.

Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Polly's Tap Takeover. Dark golden pour with a white head. Aromas of popcurn, toffee, sweet fruit. Flavours of pear drops, lots more sweet fruit.
