The F.A.B Witham Shield is an American style Pale Ale full of aroma, with a distinctive malty flavour that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
The Witham Shield, an Iron Age decorative bronze shield, was found in the river Witham very close to our brewery. It was crafted by local people, but thought to be influenced by the Greeks. Our Pale Ale draws its influences from across the world and is crafted by us.

Water, Pale Malt, Chocolate Malt, Hops and Yeast. Contains: Gluten.

6/4/2018. Bottle from Chuckling Cheese, Skegness. Pours pale amber with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, hop, caramel, light resin and herb. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Witham Shield ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, toffee, light earthy.
