An updated Oktoberfest beer from Brasserie de Monaco, this 2015 variance named Oktobeer is 6.2% ABV. Purchased as a 1litre take out in one of their excellent branded bottles. Beer pours a hazy golden colour with orange tint. Good sized creamy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, pear and marzipan. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Soft carbonation, slightly oily texture. Smooth. Finish is semi sweet. Enjoyed this beer, just edges it as my favourite of the 6 beers of Brasserie de Monaco I was able to find on my visit to Monaco.
