Horna on kompleksin hedelmäinen ja maltainen hapanolut. Nauti hieman viilennettynä (10-12°C) sellaisenaan, tai juustolautaselta suolaista ja makeaa suolakeksin päälle yhdistellen! Lisää soittolistalle Portishead – Sour Times.
Aged in oak barrels several years.

0.33 l bottle shared at the Pivoteka tasting table. Unclear amber, small head. Aroma is dried fruit at first. Ripe grapes, berries, cheery, sour fruit, some acidity, some malts. Oily, medium body, slightly sharp sourness. Some glue. Astringent, fruity, berries, red fruit, fruit skins. Some oak. Light dry finish. Light sourness. Not that it's not rich, but no real complexity.

0,33l bottle @ Hiisi Taproom. Pours cloudy amber with a medium head. Aroma is sour malts with berries. Flavor is sweet and sour malts with berries. Very good.

Dark red colour, not much head. Fruity tart aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Tartish, but mellow, berryish and a bit sweet flavour. Balanced sippable Flemish Red.
