Klar mørk brun med off-white skum. Lukter karamell, malt. Mild, lavt karbonert. Bitter avslutning. Karamell, malt og litt appelsinskall.

Cask gravity at the Prae Wood Arms beer fest. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is nutty, dried fruit, twig, toffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty layered malts toffee, dried fruit and nut. Hint of liquorice. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation.

Cask at The Park Tavern, Eltham. Copper coloured pour with a beige head. Nose is dried fruit & caramel. Taste is caramel, raisin, nuts. Malty sweet with a light bitter backbone.

Appearance: foggy bronze colour, moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: caramel, a lot of nice floral hop, some citrus. Medium dry, pretty bitter. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: a model Bitter.

(Bottle) Pours clear mid brown with tiny head. Subtle aroma of toffee and herbal hops. Medium body with good bright carbonation. Great taste with fruity orange start, nice toffee malt and a good bitter finish. Very good.
