Note - originally a Brewhouse Project beer, then folded directly back into the primary commercial family and is now simply packaged and poured as Arundel Brewery Best Bitter.

Wetherspoon Spring Beer Festival 2019. Cask @ Cuthbert Brodrick, Leeds. Copper-amber with a creamy head. Has a true traditional bitter styling with a mid to high bitterness, and almost a spicy finish.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - deep amber to red. Nice lacing. Nose - mainly toffee, some hint of biscuit. Taste - sweet red frit intermingled with toffee this time. Flapjack base backdrop. Palate - close to medium bodied with a crunchy texture. Dry balanced finish. Overall - good.
