Patience pays off when it comes to lagers. Fermented for 6 weeks dropping to near freezing temps makes this Bohemian Pilsner finish incredibly clean. Brewed with traditional Pilsner and Vienna Malts and hopped lightly with Saaz hops adding a slight spicy aroma over the clean malt backbone.

Goblet pours a clear dark orange, swirl of white head. Nose is zippy and soap and hop, some grist. Flavor is the same. Finishes dry and bitter. Easy drinker. 7 2 7 3 12

Hazy yellow colour, small white head, lots of lace. Sweet, papery, a bit worty aroma. Light-bodied. Earthy, some sweetness and grass in the flavour. A bit uninteresting pils.
