bottle aroma: fruits, yeasts, dough. flavor us style sour beer sourness, citrussy, hard to find the apricot but perhaps a bit of oranges and sweet grapefruit, the US style sour beer flavor dominates, the fruit adds an extra level and some complexity. Pretty fine sour overall, base beer is a great US sour to begin with, fruits doesn't destroy it.

Bottled@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apricot, some rotten eggs and lactose with mild sweetness. Flavour is apricot, fruits, some tart wood and mild lactic/acidic notes. Very tart finish.

Draft - Apricot skin. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Soured apricot and a hit of acidy. A bit too acidic.

Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Council Béatitude: Apricot Tart Saison ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, tart, fruity, funky, apricot, tart fruity, light lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long long duration, aprict, tart, fruity, funky, light lacto, dry. Bottle 750ml at Rådhuskällaren. Hazy yellow colour, tiny white head. Sour, cheesy, apricot nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Very tart, mouthpuckering. Fruity, apricot is there. Lactic too. Very dry.

Tap. Bright yellow pour, bit of foam there, not much. Nose clean sour, bit of some fruits, hint of tartness. Tastes intensely sour but not too much, salty, passion fruit also there but under lots of very nice acidity, almost vinegar. Really loving this body and how it quenches thirst. Finish dry, bit of bread and fruity tartness. Super beer for summer.

Thanks Matthew for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing hazy yellow with white foam lacing. The nose shows a lot of sweet corn. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Highly tart with flavors of light apricot.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nicely tart with apricot, funk, citrus and some light bread. Really refreshing and easy to drink.
