Envirothon is an Oak Fermented Franco-Belgian IPA brewed with a base of French Pilsner malt and a bit of British oat malt. Hopped very assertively with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Simcoe. Fermented in a large oak foudre at our Dispensary with one of our favorite classic Belgian yeast strains. Notes of Meyer lemon zest, juicyfruit, fresh dough, honeydew, and a touch of soft vanilla.

Meckelberg's, Brooklyn tap: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is feuity, yeasty, light citrus. Taste is yeasty, dry bitterness. Very smooth. Subtlety is high in this one. Quite nice.

8 oz. draft at the Fermentaria. Clear yellow appearance. Aroma is pilsner malt, subtle oak, and mild yeast. The crisp texture of this brew is great! Lighter malt bill of the hops showing lemon and mild grass. Bitterness is easy with a great dry crispness. Yeast is an afterthought. Oak os also underplayed. Easy drinking.

Tap at Tired Hands Fermentaria. Golden colour, small white head and lace. Pils like grainy-lemony nose with touch of honey. Light-bodied. Grains, lemon zest, citrus, some spiceyness and white wine. Easy good pils-like ipa.
