Calypsopalooza is a single-hop variation of our house IPA here in Fredericksburg. Palooza. Solely and intensely dry-hopped with Calypso hops, this IPA has a pilsner/wheat base, with loads of oats to soften the mouthfeel. Very low bitterness with flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, pears and grapefruit rind.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Tap at taproom. Murky yellow colour, small white head. Bubblegum, grassy, juicy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Some juice, gtapefruit, hop pellets. Simple.
