330ml bottle, drank at home on 19th May 2019. Poured (twice) into a Gaffel Kölsch glass, the expected golden clear body, bright and clean, white head. I am no expert on Kölsch but I really enjoyed this Welsh version. Refreshing and thirst quenching with a decent depth of hop and maltiness.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with attractive thin lacing. Nose - corn and a light grassy note. Taste - caramel and more corn. Palate - light bodied and creamy. Not as dry as hoped. Overall - Nose good but taste could be fresher.

Bottle from the Purple Moose Brewery Shop, Porthmadog. Yellow-blonde with a thinnish head. Has a light bubble-gum styled sweetness that is more pronounced in its nose than taste, but not much else to see here.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Purple Moose Mŵsh ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, borring, sulphur notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to light flat. Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Pale yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Johns. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, light spice, grass. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, gras, light bread. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 181117

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, grass, flowers, malt and hops.

Bottle, 4.7%. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop, grass and a little straw. Flavour is malt, grass, straw, hop, little sweet, little dry and a little bitter.
