On cask at Baker Street W’spoons 27/2/09. Nice dark looking winter brew, quite rich and fruity but also a little plain. Very easy to drink. I rather like this brewery especially their A over T.

Cask handpull at Simple Simons, Canterbury. After saying at lunchtime that no one makes a beer in the style of Goachers Dark, this beer proves me wrong. Very deep ruby colour with thin dark beige head. It’s like an old ale I suppose, has some sour fruit, but has a noticeable hop sting on end. A rather good malty damsony beer. Really decent and excellent finish.
