Keg at EFI, Brno. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Grapefruity nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt base, evident grapefruit. Piney bitter finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Lovely clear golden body, lasting off-white head. Citric, slightly herbal aroma, light, pleasant, old school, vaguely socky. Grapefruit touches in the taste, citric anyway, floral, herbal, dry, ending without much bitterness. With more of it it would be quite classy, still close!

# 4417; 10/2024. Dusty, citrus and light tropical fruits aroma. Brilliant gold body; white head. Fruity, citrus, light cand, dusty, hay, resiny. Good IPA; sweeter body. 0,7 l, bottle, brewery pub, Brno (Moravia, CZ).

(tap 0,3l @ brewery) Overall: Good IPA with some distracting grassy character. Aroma: Citrusy hops, light grassy. Appearance: Clear golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter, citrusy hops, grassy. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Vom Aussehen und Duft ist dieses Bier schon einmal sehr weit vorne: es hat eine lang anhaltende, feinporige Schaumkrone mit dunkeloranger Farbe und einen grasig-fruchtigen Duft. Geschmacklich paart es das herbe kräuterige IPA mit einer sehr leichten Carbonisierung (feine Kohlensäure wie bei einem mit Nitro-gezapften Bier). Es hat harzig-bittere Grasnoten und einen so spritzigen Körper, dass man eine Malzigkeit gar nicht vermisst. Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen.

Bottle from the brewery. Wow, Czech IPA par excellance, have not had an example fitting this much into this fictional style. Med-full body with unnecessary amount of caramel. Hops character evocative mostly of orange peel, earthy, piney, light berries. Overall... not bad for a Czech IPA fan, but not really good otherwise.
