Our newest beer, HOWLIN’ FOX, 3.5%, was origninally brewed for the 2012 Hebden Bridge Blues Festival and has since become one of our core products. A tribute to the classic blues performer, Howlin’ Fox is exceptionally pale with hoppy notes and utilises a blend of the exciting new hop varieties from New
Zealand. Clean dry flavour and full hop aromas.

Cask at Whitelocks, Leeds. Pours clear bright pale gold with a lasting slightly creamy white head. Aroma of light citrus fruit, hop, bread, yeast, butter and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish has an odd bitter tang.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Pale straw-like ale with a creamy head. It has a hoppy bitterness to it and slightly sour in the palate. There’s some citrus fruits evident, certainly in the nose.
