Gravity cask at the 2017 Cambridge Beer Festival. Dark, dark brown, only slightly translucent with very little head. Freshly ground coffee combines with chocolate milk in the aroma. Taste starts sweet, but then the sourness sneaks in and takes over. Sweet and sour interplay in the finish. Coffee, blackberry, plums and dark chocolate in the aftertaste. Worth seeking out.

From the Key-Keg Bar at the 26th East Anglian Beer & Cider festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours black with a lasting tan colour head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, cream and vanilla. Medium to heavy sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is sweet, coffee,, and light roasting. Decent.
