Cask at the Briarbank, Ipswich. Pours almost black with a small off-white head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt and almond. Moderate sweetness and medium to heavy bitterness. Toward medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry finish.
