Cask at the 8th Chappel Winter Beer Festival. Pours mahogany brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, chocolate, light roasting, vanilla. Medium sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, carbonation is soft. Finish is dry.
