Cask at the Briarbank, Ipswich. Pours almost black with a beige head. Aroma of raspberry ripple ice-cream with chocolate sauce. Medium sweetness with light bitterness and a touch of sour. Medium body. Carbonation is soft. A trial brew, ok, but not a hit with me.

Cask @ Briarbank Brewing Company, Ipswich. Pours black with a creamy light brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, little raspberry, labre laver, little chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, malt, caramel, raspberry, little buttery, light chocolate. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 150217

Cask @ Briarbank. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are raspberries, fruits, roast malt, fruits and has a nice fruity raspberry finish.

Cask @ Briarbanks, Ipswich. Black with a lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, roasted malt, raspberry and labre larver. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Something is wrong here. 150217
