Cask at the Dove, Ipswich. Pours copper with a small white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Medium sweetness with medium bitterness. Medium body and slightly oily texture. Carbonation is soft. Slight fruity sour edge to finish, and biscuit.

Cask @ The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Light hazy golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150217

Cask @ Dove Street, Ipswich. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, flowers, little citrus and malt. Nice fruity finish. Smooth.

Cask @ The Dove Street, Ipswich. Pours golden with a very small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, light wood, little fruit, get a little cheese aswell. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grass, fruit. Medium body, light oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. 150217
