Brewed with one of our favourite local bars and good friends in Glasgow, Koelschip Yard, to celebrate their 6th Birthday. The brief was simple, make a banging beer. Putting Ekuanot at the forefront we've encouraged a strong fruity aroma including lemon, lime and papaya. The combination of El Dorado and Kohatu hops add some fresh tropical fruit characters to the beer while Motueka rounds it off with a pleasant citrus finish.
Hops: Ekuanot, Ekuanot Incognito, Ekuanot Cryo, El Dorado, Motueka, Kohatu

Can from Overtone Brewing in Glasgow (online shop). A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, lime, mango. pine, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Lovely rich TIPA from Overtone, almost the perfect beer.

Can. Very hazy gold orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. The hops bring upfront crisp hop spice, light pine. With this much El Dorado, I'm expecting Sakura, and its the dominant hop flavour, quite floral here. Light cooling pine. Back end finds some kiwi hop lime, light but bright. Finishes airy with a light savoury skunk vibe and a mild nibbly hop spice. Different and very drinkable for its abv.
