Quinquennial, or as normal people say, 5th anniversary version of AF Brew's oldest and most available beer - Ingria IPA. Brewed and hopped with Simcoe, and then cold-infused with young and green fir sprouts hand-picked in May 2017 in Novgorod Republic. To be released on August 11, 2017, exactly five years after the first public presentation.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As AF Brew Ingria V ].Clear medium red - amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, pine, orange - citrus, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, pine, flowers, perfume, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Orange-dark golden color with good foam. Aroma: sweet, citrus, fruit, a little hay, juicy. Taste: slightly sweet with berries, fruit and grapefruit, juicy, light resinous pine and quite dry and bitter finish.
