Butterfly Pea Brut IPA. Welcome to Chemistry 101, you little rascals. Today we’re heading to the chemistry lab to dissect a butterfly pea. No no, don’t be afraid, this exotic equatorial veggie is the stuff of legend. Just squeeze a bit of lime juice into a pint of our Brut IPA and watch it turn da-ba-dee-da-ba-tea blue. Whaaa??!! Dose 0,33l: Leicht grünstichig, dreckiges Kupfer, dezente Trübung, stabiler mittelporiger Schaum;: sehr frische + leicht fruchtige Nase, leicht würzig, kräftige Süße, kräftige florale Noten, grasige/blumige Hopfennoten, Malz, Getreide, kräftige Hefearomen, würzig-fruchtige Bitterkeit; leicht fruchtiger + sehr würziger Körper, kräftige florale Noten, grasig/kräutrig, würzige Hopfennoten, dezente trockene Zitrusnoten, Limettenzest, Malz, Getreide, cremig, moderate Kohlensäure, Hefearomen; würzig-trockener Nachgang

33 cl. can shared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Kulenborgse Bierhandel. Clear blueish tinted purple with a white head. Hoppy aroma. Sweet taste with a super dry bitter finish. Strange looking but tasty.
