Bottled. A brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, aramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, caramel, bread, and spices, leading to a dry phenolic finish. Something is not right in the proces.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a neat dark burgundy with a fizzy, beige head. Distinct Belgian yeast in the nose, quite some dark, dried fruit. Medium body, rather lively carbonation, subtle roast and quite some fig and raisin notes. Some warming alcohol. Neat. 111213
