A traditional style which is seeing a fashionable renaissance in recent years, and rightly so! We've hopped it with three of our favourite East Kent hops - Challenger, Northdown and Keyworth Midseason. The sweet malt base provides malty, biscuity aromas with hints of toffee giving way to a spicy, fruity mouthfeel rounding off with a soft bitterness

Cask at Tapping The Admiral, Kentish Town on 21st July 2020. Medium brown with loose, shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Rich malty aroma with nuttiness, wood and mild spices. Nutty maltiness in-mouth with a finish that becomes bitter and of good duration. Zingy mouthfeel and light to medium body.
