A deep, dark, and deceptive stout teetering on the edge of mystique and simplicity. Subtle fruity esters peep from shucks of roasted barley and chocolate malts, and rich flavours of cinder toffee and coffee snap in to focus before washing away to leave behind a long, dry finish.

Keg at CBC, Covent Garden on 5th July 2020. Almost black with pale tan foam and scant lacing. Malty spicy aroma. Roasty malts in mouth with tangy fruits bitter dry finish with tangy fruits and spices plus leafy herbs. Smooth mouthfeel and light body
