Lemon Meringue inspired pale ale. Light, citrus, hoppy and slightly sweet. Magnum, Mosaic and Mandarina hops with lots of lemons and lactose. Brewed with our friends from the Horse and Plough in Bingham.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue on 20th June 2018. Rated as a novelty ale. Hazy gold with shallow off-white film and scant lacing. Biscuit malts, and lemon zest in aroma. Fruity in-mouth with bittersweet lemon peel, lasting into a strong finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
